my opinion about Cultural Intelligence..

Cultural Intelligence (CI) is a theory within management and organisational psychology that understanding the impact of an individuals cultural background on their behavior for effective business, and measuring an individuals ability to engage successfully in any environment social setting, (Christopher Earley and Soon Ang, 2003).

For me, it is good for us to have cultural intelligence because we'll are know that in this world there are many more culture exist.So, we need to get know a little big about others culture. The point here is, we can communicate and doing some business easier if we know and understand about their culture. We also can prevent something that can touch their sensitivity's. By that, we can make a good relationship or partnership with them happily and peaceful.

Besides that, knowing others culture also good for us to get more knowledge about people and the distinctive between their culture and our culture. For conclusion, CI is important to us whether for survive in a variety of people and culture in social aspects or economic aspects.
